What is Compounding? And How does it Work?

Let me tell you about two forces that are silently shaping your financial future right now; whether you know about them or not. One is stealing from you. The other can make you wealthy. And the wild part? Most people have heard of neither.

Imagine your favourite plate of chole bhature costs ₹80 today. Nothing dramatic. But ten years from now, that same plate could cost ₹150. The recipe hasn't changed. The ingredients haven't improved. But the money in your pocket has quietly become ‘weaker’.

The stock market; specifically, “equity investing”, is historically the most powerful legally available tool to beat inflation over the long term.

It's not magic, and it's not guaranteed in the short run.

But over decades, it has consistently rewarded patient investors with returns that leave savings accounts and fixed deposits in the dust.
